Restitution training is a valuable parenting technique that helps children learn responsibility for their actions and understand why they engage in certain behaviours. By implementing this method, parents can encourage their children to take appropriate actions when they make mistakes. It promotes accountability that teaches valuable life lessons, fostering a sense of responsibility in kids. All schools in our district are receiving staff training around implimenting the principals of restitution from Joel Shimoji with Real Restitution.
