Call to Order at 12:11pm via Zoom

Motion to vote for a new Board Secretary: Saffron Quist

Nominate Lauren Drake for new Board Secretary: Christie King
Nomination second: Saffron Quist

All in favour: Carolin Latimer, Christie King & Saffron Quist
No one opposed.
Be it resolved by majority vote that Lauren Drake be a new member of the Vernon Montessori Society’s Board as Secretary (replacing Andrea Howson) effective immediately.
